Hey, did we have the same parent(s)? My mother raised me. My mother taught me to be respectful to others no matter what nationality, religion, most of all AGE etc. Treat everyone as to how you would want to be treated, Don't judge, be as helpful and courteous as possible when needed. And most of all be yourself. Yes I follow these teachings everyday.

"Whenever somebody needs help, even if he/she may not ask for it, do everything you can to help that person".
That's one of the most important lessons ive learned from my own parents. So far, I've been doing a pretty good job of it. Its gotten to the point in which I can't see somebody needing help and not doing my best to help that person, even if i know my words or actions may not really have an effect. Anything's possible, and I always try to look on the bright side. It's nice to see the look on peoples' faces once you've really made a difference for them or have helped them get out of a tough situation. Its an indescribable feeling =)

the most important thing my mum taught (and still teaches me) is to be myself and not care what anyone else thinks.
I'm very grateful for this lesson because I used to be bullied and am not anymore because I am very confident in myself!
