Well how can I say this in a clean way? Guys are physically turned on by certain body types and not turned on by others. Some guys like junk in the trunk, other guys like skinny girls. If a girl likes guys who for some reason like skinny girls, might be good to lose a little weight, but then again different guys like different things. Just like I'm sure girls do.

It is all about your personal POV, but men now are programmed to see a lady in a tv show or magazine and she is the epitomy of "hott" so then people who are conformist sheep and cannot decide for themselves what is sexy, look for skinny blondes.
It is mostly up to your taste. I do not like skinny girls, but I do not want a big momma. Give me some meat to grab and a nice set of (you get the idea).

Absolutely. What is it with men and skinny women? I think they was a trophy on their arm instead of a genuine nice person instead.The magazines, the films and Hollywood view the persona that perfection is a size 0 which spills in to real life and people think it is the more right thing to do. It is a competitive thing i think. To me a curvier woman is more attractive then the skinny women with figures like teenagers, i mean what is that about!?!

Many guys like skinny girls purely due to wiring in their brains that tells them that skinny girls are not pregnant and are therefore good candidates to make babies with and spread their genetic material about with.
Other guys are wired differently and like chubby girls.
There are many environmental modifiers about - what is available in media somewhat dictates fashions. However, the time of the 80's heroin chic has now passed and we are seeing catwalk models being passed over because they are too skinny. There is a push for "real proportions" on our fashion models now. In the recent past, there certainly was a tendency to choose skinny girls for models. When this is being played to everyone from TV, magazines, films, etc then it is easy to see why society as a whole tends to favour skinny girls as beautiful/acceptable/desirable.
The current media shift is towards having a bit of a butt. There is a thought that normally proportioned women should be displayed in our media more frequently than their skinny counterparts. With some luck this may have an effect on the fashion trend and girls with a little meat may become more popular.

Alot of guys that go to my school don't like skinny girls!! They like the girls with a LITTLE meat on there bones!! Don't get me wrong, they don't want a huge girl, but they don't want anyone that is anorexic either!!

My preference isnt exactly skinny. When you say skinny you could mean anorexic or you could mean not overwieight. I personally prefer skinny but with a little extra meat to hang onto. Say a 5'7'' at 140lbs.

Not me, I like my women with a little somthing i can hold onto and feel. I need my girl to have meat on her...I guess it's just different guys like different things it's just the majority like them that way i guess.

Because that is some guys taste, some of them are shallow but otherwise their are guys who dnt care how you look. I knw thats hard to believe but they are out there those ones. But there are some chix out there who are like that with guys as well, so guys arent the only guilty ones there are chix out there who only go out with dudes with surfer bods and then are some who dont care how a guy looks which is mainly the majority of us gurls.
