im 15 years old and i told my guy friend that i liked him. he didnt believe it was me at first, he thought his friends were playing a joke on him. (idk why?) Finally he responded by saying "it's good to know" i asked for who and he said "both of us" . I don't really understand what he meant by that. Pleasee tell me what you think!!!

(if ur wondering how i knew about his friends, i know his mom personally and she knew about my whole plan to tell him)

in middle school he begged his parents to allow him to date. they said wait till highschool, it's our second year of highschool and he's still never had a girlfriend.. im also the first and only girl who has ever admitted to liking him. hes probably scared/nervous?

Well, if he said that its' good to know, then believe him. He may just be a little shy and not know exactly what to do. Just give him a little time to process everything and decide what to do. Just don't act weird whenever you are around him, act like you always did. If he does like you, then that means he liked you then, too and may think you are trying to push him into something, or you regret telling him if you begin to act differently.

Well then you need to just walk up to him and ask him...about it and like....the 16 thing is prolly not very good because he prolly wants someone right now and unless he really really likes you then because he will prolly be like im not waiting and that isnt good i would just play it low for a while and then just talk to him about it.

I think both of us is a good answer for you. I agree with patience. Don't be too pushy, with your ages he might not know how to process and proceed - just give him some time to work it out. If you push, most likely he will run. Boys tend to be like that.

There's a good chance that his mind is on overload and doesn't know how to process it.

This is a good thing.

Just be patient and try to relax. Also, try to avoid these types of conversations on the phone. It's much easier to read someone in person.

Maybe he thought you were playing him for a fool. and you should wait until you are 16 to date so talk to him then.
