You need a couple of hot oil treaments. That will help, DO NOT do anything else to your hair, or you won't have any to treat. Another thing that you can do is go to Sally's and purchase clear Jazzing. It is in the color selection. It is a clear hair color treatment.

Put mayonaisse in your hair for 20 min. before taking a shower that will leave your hair shiny and smooth. Also put Pantene Pro-V Restoratives shampoo, conditioner, and refining mask. That will restore your shine and make it become healthy in less than a month.

They were talking about that on the early show on CBS today, He used some kind of product that you put on your hair and cover with a plastic cap for an hour. If you get on the website for The Early Show it might have it on there.

I learned that leaving in extra strength conditioner for very dry hair in for like 5 mins then rinsing with your normal temp. of shower water then rinsing your hair in cold water makes it shiny. It worked for me but I don't have extremely damaged hair... It's worth a try if you really consider it!

Buy 2 avocadoes(depends on how think ur hair is) and blend it in a blender along with orange peels. Blend untill all it blended. Then when you wash your hair, apply the avocado on your hair and wrap your hair w/ ceramic wrap. Leave in for 10 minutes. Then wash it out and shampoo and condition.
Hopes this hellps!! :-)

Try rinsing your hair in cold water before you get out of the shower - after you wash it, it works!

you should try to repair your hair because thats how it gets shiny, when its healthy. redken all soft sounds good for your hair type, or you could just use sunsilk thermashine to protect from further damage. good luck!
