1 Corinthians 6:9,10 - Do you not know that the wicked will not inherit the kingdom of God? Do not be deceived: Neither the sexually immoral nor idolaters nor adulterers nor male prostitutes nor homosexual offenders nor thieves nor the greedy nor drunkards nor slanderers nor swindlers will inherit the kingdom of God.
The opening book of the Bible tells us: “A man will leave his father and his mother and he must stick to his wife and they must become one flesh.” (Genesis 2:24) The Hebrew word “wife,” according to Vine’s Expository Dictionary of Biblical Words, “connotes one who is a female human being.” Jesus confirmed that those yoked together in marriage should be “male and female.”—Matthew 19:4.
Thus, God intended marriage to be a permanent and an intimate bond between a man and a woman. Men and women are designed to complement each other so they may be capable of satisfying each other’s emotional, spiritual, and sexual needs and desires.

God said its unclean because in the beginning he created a man and a woman to get married have kids and pass on. Two men together is not right because they cant reproduce and being gay is all in the mind it can be healed you just need to accept the fact that you want to change

I don't think you know what the concept of sin really is. Sin is rebellion against God. Against what He ordained and what He told us to do. Sin can come in many different ways, not just homosexuality. The Holiness of God and sin don't mix. The reason that homosexuality is sin is that's it's a perversion against the natural order of things that God created. In the bible it is stated that a man will leave his mother and father and will be united with his wife. I'am not against anyone who is struggling with it. I have sincere respect and love for all of humanity. But I'am not doing anybody a favor by endorsing something that will harm that person in the longterm. It is very popular to endorse homosexuality nowadays. But just because it's popular doesn't mean it's right. People are people, they need to be loved and respected, but you can do so without endorsing what they do. And if you were a Christian you'd be praying for that person day and night. The world is a temporal one, it's better to be popular in Heaven than here on earth. After all which one is the eternal one? sincere blessings

Early jews found the greek and roman practices of male love to be foreign and disgusting and they wrote into their religious laws that such things are an affront to God and should be banned in their community. That's how it got in the bible.
Also some cultures made male rape (boys and men) a big part of the typical humiliation of the populace after conquering a region. It was this sepcific practice that is addressed in the letters to the corinthians, not consensual male relationships.

Wel if you know what it says, then why ask?
If it says its unclean, for two men, to be together. then it is wrong. That is if its a sexual relationship.
If its just 2 friends, then nothing is wrong with that. But ,if God meant, for man to be gay, he never would of created women.

Because of a couple of reasons....
The simpliest is that there are no progression (or multiplying) in civilization when there is male/male and female/female.
The second reason is because the desires of the flesh is extremely emotional and the desires of the flesh can easily take your focus off of God. (which rarely anyone can say they are concentrating on God's voice when engaged in sex)
Thirdly, man and woman are to balance each other out. Relationship-wise (sex or anything else) Men are to provide the physical support while the women are to strengthen us emotionally.
Also, it's just nasty (personal opinion). But seriously, There is no gain from it other than the physical aspect. Anything (outside of the physical plain) that a homosexual says they find unique in their partner can be found in the opposite sex.
As for the individual who says the Bible doesn't reference it, here's one for you:
1 Cor 6:9-
Do you not know that the unrighteous will not inherit the kingdom of God? Do not be deceived! The sexually immoral, idolaters, adulterers, passive homosexual partners, practicing homosexuals,
*I suggest you read the rest of the section. Take care.

To be clear, the Bible says that the act is wrong (an abomination, actually)...being 'gay' may simply be a fact and in and of itself is not sinful.
The reason the Bible is so down on this act is that it undermines society in many ways. It is an entirely selfish act that has no potential to further mankind. And as such is condemned.

because it's blatant disrespect for God's design for marriage/families, it goes against natural laws, and is considered a perverse abomination by God and His followers.
and if you're thinking "oh, but they can't help it, they were born that way", realize these:
1) God doesn't judge you on urges. we all have the desire to sin, no matter how Holy we are. that's a part of being a human being. It's whether you yield to sinful desires or not that counts. so technically, if you never agree with it, condone it, or practice it, God doesn't consider you homosexual.
2) even if you plea "birth", homosexuality is a lifestyle contrary to God. Note: God doesn't make people gay. if you claim your hormones are messed up, that's genetics, not your soul. It's whether you do it or not that matters, not your biochemistry.
again, I don't hate homosexuals, I just feel that homosexuality is wrong, and so does God.

Rom. "god, in keeping with the desire of their hearts, gave them up to uncleanness, that their bodies might be dishonored among them...God gave them up to disgraceful sexual appetites, for both their females changed the natural use of themselves into one contrary to nature; and likewise even the males left the natural use of the female and became violently inflamed in their lust toward one another, males with males, working what is obscene and receiving in themselves the full recompense, which was due for their error."
1Tim. 1:9-11 "Law is promulgated, not for a righteous man, but for persons lawless ans unruly, ungodly and sinners,...fornicators, men who lie with males,...and what ever other thing is in opposition to the healthful teaching according to the glorious good news of the happy God."
