It depends on your hair's growth cycle, some peoples hair just grows faster than others. But for you, it would be a good idea for you to cut those ends, immediately!!!! You can't cure split ends, the only way to get around them is to trim them. If you don't, the hair will continue to split up the shaft, and you definitely don't want that. Also don't trim your hair a lot, I trim my hair probably 3 times a year and my ends are fine. The key is to protect them so they aren't prone to splitting. For me, I see a lot of sistas putting a lot of products in their hair and that also slows up hair growth. Overstyling is a major factor in slowing up hair growth. I try to do as little as possible with my hair (products and heat sources). This is coming from experience, I'm tender-headed too so this is what works for me. Don't brush your hair, I don't brush mine at all, but if you absolutely need to brush your hair then use a, Boar Bristle Brush. There are a lot of products you should stand clear of, products that contain petroleum, will clog your pores. I wash my hair once a week with pantene shampoo and conditioner for women of color. I perm my hair every 3-4 months (but it's vital that you take good care of your hair to prevent beakage!!!). The only product I use on my hair is Botanicles 3-in-1 hair oil, THAT'S IT!!!! Before I blow dry it I spray it a few times on my ends to protect them. To be honest I rarely give myself hot-oil treatments and I deep condition my hair every once in awhile ( if you condition your hair regularly this shouldn't be an issue). But before this, for a year I stopped getting perms, to allow my hair to recoup. Like a lot of sistas, I used to overstyle my hair so I had a lot of breakage. At the end of the year I got a perm and already my hair is in the middle of my back and it's only been like 6 months, and for a long time my hair wouldn't go pass my shoulders. Wrap your hair at night and invest in a silk scarf. Wrapping your hair also gives your hair some shape, so you don't have to run to the curling iron because your hair is flat.

When it comes to having beautiful, full hair my best answer would be henna. Make sure you don't use lemon or lime juice in your recipe when you make the henna as they can cause your hair to break if it's already weak. Rain water is usually acidic enough to get a nice colour out of the henna as well and won't harm your hair further. Try using the henna as often as you can it should thicken your hair and keep it healthy. If you don't want the red of the henna you may want to look for "neutral" or "colourless" henna. It will do as nice a job for your hair but without the colour. With the neutral henna you just have to mix it with tap water, this should be used as often as possible. If there are any skin problems on your scalp the henna or neutral henna will both help fight it. The last idea I have would be to take coconut oil and massage your head with it every night. Make sure when you're washing out the oil you're using a gentle shampoo, even better a henna shampoo. I wish you luck.

Hair loss affects both men and women. Here are some natural remedies that can help boost hair growth: https://bitly.im/aMM63 While genetics plays a role, there are other factors, including: hormonal imbalances, an underactive thyroid gland, nutrient deficiencies and insufficient scalp circulation.

You just need to keep trimming it of split ends and keep nourishing it with things like "henna wax" which is a deep conditioning treatment that you leave on for half an hour. It leaves your hair feeling healthy and light.

Just take care of your hair and thats pretty much all you can do. Go to the salon 2 times a week and get a hot oil treatment.
