how do i regain trust with a guy after something happened he didn't like that i did? i ain't going to to do it again but this was the second time its happened. he don't believe me. we haven't dated yet and i want to date him. so can i do to help this situation?

gossip was started by someone who was supposed to be my friend and i told her i liked him and it got back to him twisted and he got mad i said something. so how do i regain his trust after that.

The guy doesn't trust you after you did something he didn't like.

Depending on whether this something he didn't like was a deal breaker or not you may or may not be able to regain his trust.

By deal-breaker, I'm talking about some of the physical/psychological behaviours or characteristics that make one person totally unacceptable to another - this could be as simple as being a smoker, taking hard drugs, being too clingy, whatever ... and these are quite idiosyncratic. Many people will go out with cigarette smokers. Some people will not go out with people who AREN'T smokers. Some people will not go out with people who ARE.

Assuming it's not one of these, you should be able to regain his trust.

Do other things together - hang out a little. Show him you're interested. When you have a chance to be together and talk, let him know you understand that he didn't like what you did and that you've changed and don't do that any more. You value him more than whatever it was. Do this clearly ... once should be enough. Keep hanging out. You'll regain his trust.
