I have become a horrible procrastinator for school. i wait til like the class before to do my homework so i end up having to rush and i don't learn anything or i just end up copying someone else. i also wait until like the morning of to start to study for a test. i keep telling myself i need to change because my grades are slipping but it just never works out. it annoys me so much...any ideas?

I agree with you needing to make it a habit. I've heard that if you do something 21 times, it will stick. Now I could be mean and say do your homework or your grades will stink and you'll never graduate or get a good job, but that's not nice. Your grades will affect your future college attendance and possible career field, though, so just find a way to get things done. Maybe if you set aside a specific time each day to work on homework or even just read if you don't have homework that'll help it become a good habit. Good luck!

I used to be like that too but i decided to change. So this is what i did. Reward yourself. Like if i went straight home and did all or most of my homework i'd reward myself with ice cream or a movie ro something. You just gotta get into the habit. Also, if you're grades are slipping because of it work hard for a week adn if your grades improve buy yourself somethign really big or have a blast on the weekend and skip a day of hmwk during the week
