I need FREE and EFFECTIVE Spyware removal?? HELPPPPP!!!!!?

Something easy, i'm not the most advanced computer user. I tried Windows Defender but i didn't have the system requirements. I had Ad-Aware however that only removed the adware and not the spyware, and the spyware kept returning the adware. I need something that makes sense with basic steps. I know i have the Darksma Downloader but everywhere i went for it was too advanced. PLEASE HELP I WILL LOVE YOU FOREVER.

i was also recently looking around for some free security software, i too have ad-aware, but i also found a free program called avg-antivirus....so far it has done a great job...i hope u like it :)

You really should install sp 2, you really do need it. If you go to the window web site you can get it. In the mean time try spy-bot, once it give you the clear go to windows update, get sp 2 , after that install windows defender. Then you with have 2 spyware programs, which is good to have.

You should have one virus program and 2-3 spyware programs.
