I love cake, period.
My mom makes this great jello-cake with whipped topping as the frosting. It just melts in your mouth. It's sugar-free, so it's also perfect for people w/diabetes and others who can't have sugar.
I also like swirl fudge cake with caramel icing.
I used to have a GREAT recipe of homemade peanut butter cake with homemade peanut butter frosting, but I've lost it. :( I used to crush Reese miniatures and sprinkle them on top of the cake. MMM!! dammit, now I really want to find my recipe! LOL

I think its a toss up between my mom's homemade lemon cake, chocolate cake with whipped milk chocolate frosting, OR butter creme pound pake. Damn! Im makin myself hungry!!

I love banana cake. Also my dad makes this lovely moist chocolate cake with icing made with three different types of chocolate. It's so hard to eat but so good! But cheesecake is so nice as well... and blueberry teacake...

angel cake and then i spread butter on top of each slice.... yes my arteries are going to clog one day, but it sure tastes good ....yet i'm more of an ice cream guy, (cold stone sweet cream with white chocolate chips)

I don't think there is a cake I haven't liked.......but I'd have to go with Cheesecake.....any flavor!
