ive installed windows twice by accident

Or how do i remove a windows? instructions anyone?

its just beter to reinstall the hole thing and then reinstall it for the last thing.

First and formost I would like to info5rm you that it is not possible to uninstall the Windows.
Second, I would suggest you to try taking a backup of all the data on the Hard drive and then perform the cleaning installation of the OS, by formatting the hard drive which will take care of all the issues.
I do know that it is pain in the neck to go through the entire procedure, However, that is the best solution available.

run fdisk from your windows CD to delete all partitions on your hard drive then boot to your windows CD and re-install and it will be fine
