i've alwyas wondered! my cousin told me form sour milk but i know he was lying

Depends on what food you're talking about. Vinegar, lemon juice, and other acidic ingredients can make food taste sour.

It's easy actually. Take a cup up warm milk and put lemon in it. For more visible results: Get a cup on tea put in a lil milk, then squeeze in the lemon juice and boom! You'll have sour milk/tea. Don't drink it...I don't think it will taste good.
