Living in the south Bronx as a child, allow me to tell you. Believe you me, people on drugs look like you, like me, like your mother, your father, your uncle , your aunt, etc,etc,.The best drug addicts are the ones you DON"T see! Do not believe that all drug addicts are the people on the streets begging for food, stealing, robbing, etc. People addicted to drugs wear three piece suits, are bankers, police officers, judges, etc, etc. Trust me when I tell you, People on drugs can look like you and me!!!!!!!!

There is no "face" to someone who uses drugs. There is a misconception that a drug addict/user looks like a bum in the street, but that is not true.

You mean what does some look like when they're high? Uhh... well it could vary. Probably dizzy, wide-eyed, or just plain old past out in corner. Why? is something wrong with someone you know. If so, you'll know when they're high.

you can't tell by looking at them, unless they are so f***ed up that it is totally obvious. there are plenty of drugs, including hard drugs, that don't cause an obvious enough effect that people can detect it by looking.
