i heard yeast does is that true? does pizza bread have yeast in it?

All bread has yeast, and no its not true.

I don't think that there is any food that does that. And most normal pizza doughs and breads will have yeast in it.

Pizza dough does have yeast. I don't know if that works though.

Yeast will not. It is simply a natural process that cannot be stopped.

if you eat pizza all the time it's going to make your breasts bigger... because you're going to gain weight. you can't reduce the size of your breasts. your body is already genetically mapped out. you do have control over your weight though. the thinner you are, the smaller your breasts are going to be because they are adipose tissue. the heavier you are, your breasts will get bigger. there is no way to target the area.. just like you can't loose your belly fat without loosing weight all over. there is no way to target a specific area.
there is no food that is going to stop breast growth. your body is already genetically mapped out.

I don't think so.. Breast are more genetic then anything, and what grows is what you get.. You can reduce, but to stop growth, that's a whole nother ball game.

nope there is no such food that can stop breast growth..the size of a girl's breast depends on her genes and her body built
