I am currently going through a divorce and just like you I have my ups and downs. All you can do is continue living. Stay busy. If you give yourself time to dwell on it... obviously at this point you will. So just stay busy and hang out with your friends. Choose people that you KNOW will make you laugh and go goof off with them for the day. Watch comedies. Laughter is the best medicine.

And if you have to cry... then cry. If you NEED to feel sad for a little bit... don't repress it. We all go through the motions in life. Both the ups and the downs. Just make sure that you don't allow the downs to over take you. Life stops for no one.

Last, if it is meant to be it will be. If it is not... someone else will come your way. I know thats over-said. But it's true. It's a huge world.

Wishing you happiness.

It seems as though she has already moved on. This may be due to emotions not as intense as yours or even a way to get past the breakup. Find some new things to do that will allow you to meet new people. Being depressed is understandable after a breakup but don't let it get the best of you. Make a list of things you have always wanted to do and do them. Or make a list of places to go - and then go. Give yourself some time to heal and remember; you are not alone and there is someone out there for just you.

Of course it's gonna be hard to move on when you break up with someone, especially if you had a long-term relationship and you really liked her a lot. Unfortunately, though, things don't turn out the way they're supposed to all the time. Sometimes you will have differences that you can't ignore in the relationship and you have to break up. If you broke up very recently, you will feel upset for a little while. Hang out with friends and try to meet new people. You might meet someone else. I'm not saying you will completely forget your ex, but you will move on.

Well if you still love her then you shouldnt have broke up with her because then you make her think that you dont like her and you must have not liked somthing liked her but she might haveneeded some other guy in her life to forget about you so she got with someoine new....but the depression is very common and its becasue you dont know what to do with out her maybe you just need to get a hobby and dont worry about it so much but just try to move on if you cant then tell her how you feel and maybe she really feels the same way still.

In existence, something you ought to recollect, do not permit your emotion misinform you. Sometimes, breakup is well as you'll pay attention to whatever meaniful. As while you're nonetheless younger, fark as a lot lady as you'll until you fairly relax. Thats your price ticket and likewise do not factor it's going to be perpetually on the grounds that not anything is perpetually. And hence, everthing on this international is stamp with an expiry date, and that comprise love/ Even you marry her in the future, that does'nt imply there's no expiry date. It absolutely have a season or expired in the future be it at present or the next day. There is not anything similar to perpetually. So it handiest have CHERISH the second and the simpler phrase to place it's Fark and Let move. If you capable to raise it up, you gotta permit it down.

Focus on yourself and your life...it really is in your own hands. Don't worry about what your ex does, she is just that ... an ex! Move on, there are plenty of others and you don't really need anyone to make you feel happy and energetic, it is within you.

If you don't already, start exercising and doing things to better yourself. When you start seeing the changes you'll definitely feel alot better about yourself and where your life is headed. Good luck.

I'm in the EXACT same situation. I feel your pain bro. She was still calling me "oh i want to be friends with you, i want to call every few days" well I aen't noones backup, if she don't love me enough then forget it. Give her the gift of missing you, don't call, don't text, dont email, no contact. Let her miss you, and if and when she calls be happy and let her know in an indirect way that u dont need her. Heck, i'd tell her I was with someone else. Make her jealous dude! You da man! Don't let know hobag ruin your life!

If you are religious then pray. If not then seek some counseling or just talk to close friends. You do need to get over her also. Maybe take a trip. Sometimes throwing yourself into work can help, that way your mind is not on her. All in all its just going to take time.

i think that she wasnt as into the relationship as you were.
call her tonight
and talk about it. Dont let the other guy get at your confidence
keep what you have up. Tell her how you feel about the whole situation
and it always works for me.
talk to her be around her get her to thinking aobut you
then distance her for a few days or so
Distance makes the heart grow fond. make her find what she needs in you.
