i plucked my eyebrows wayy too much multiple times. it is starting to grow back, but just like strays.
any way that i can have it grow in faster in the place i want?
ps by multiple times i mean like around 2 weeks

Go to the mall and ask a makeup artist to show you how to correct them untill they grow back with makeup.
As they grow in, they will be sparse and a straight, funky texture. You will have to be patient as you go through the akward phase.
THERE IS NO TOPICAL SOLUTION. Rogaine attacks male pattern baldness due to hormonal changes. It could be dangerous to use near your eyes.
Consult a professional if you can afford it. It will be good to learn from an eyebrow person how to shape your brows the right way. Once you learn, you can do it yourself successfully.

You can get a good eye shadow that matches the hair and simply brush it on in the shape of your eyebrows, in the same way the hair grew. I think you might also be able to use rogaine, but you might want to clarify that with someone.

I had the same problem and it took a LOOONG time to grow back normal..I would just use an eyebrow pencil and shade them in until they grow back normally

fill them in w/ eyeliner or eyeshadow
