One of the first things that will make your hair frizzy is a brush!!! Use those perm combs to brush your hair, these combs look like a hand with long fingers so I suppose using your hand will work just aswell. Use lots of good conditioner and towel dry your hair as much as you can. If you have to use a hairdryer then again don't use a brush, just your fingers or a perm comb.

without using the proper styling products and shampoos your best bet it to wash your hair first and leave a towel warming up on a heater/radiator. rinse and then add conditioner, any old type will do and then wrap your hair up in the hot towel for as long as you can (even 5 mins helps). give it a rinse and dry with a clean towel, this should smooth the hair out as the heat from the towel opens the cuticles and allows moisture to penetrate, combatting alot of the unruly frizz. try it, its cheap, easy and honestly works!!

First of all, the best thing you can do is get a shampoo and conditioner that is specifically for frizzy hair. The best I know of us Sunsilk Anti-Poof or Sunsilk Hydra TLC.
Use a brush meant for straightening hair when you blow dry and that will help with the frizz a bit too, but your best bet is to get a hair dryer with a diffuser.

Use frizz ease. I heard it works REALLY good. Dont blow dry your hair. It will make it look unhealthy and cause it to frizz even more.

I have half curly half striaght hair and it's hard to manage. If I want to striaghten my hair I use none of your frizziness-herbal essences conditioner and let my hair dry naturally when I shower at night. When I wake up I just striaghten my hair and spry my hands with a little hair spray and rub it on my head. This keeps it from getting gross and crusty.

I have long hair and my first rule is: to avoid frizz, dont brush the hair! Just let it curl naturally!

Use frizz ease or serum - they will do the trick ! Don't use too much of it though or your hair will end up looking really greasy.
