I know some people might say "look at something gross or do something gross or think about something gross" or something like that, but I don't lose my appetite that way. I have lost it before, but it's in a way I don't like.

Thanks ahead of time for the answers:-)

I don't think the body has a natural appetite suppresant. You just have to know your body. Be able to tell the difference between hunger and just wanting something because it's available. Sometimes we confuse ourselves and think we're hungry. Just eat when you're truly hungry and eat slowly until you're full (It takes your stomach about 20 minutes to send the signal to your brain that it's full) and you will be fine. Forcefully trying to trigger appetite loss isn't a very good way to go about not eating. Just try to know your body as stated before. No need to restrict your body.

To start smoking is a stupid suggestion. But exersice does help, weirdly a regular exercise makes you less hungry. Eat watery foods like soups, they fill you up for much longer and keep you full. I dont know if thats what you were asking but i hope it helps.
