having a career is not necessarily a reason to have an unhappy family. of course parents need to have careers in order to support the family especially in terms of finance. however, the essential thing is that their careers shouldn't make them neglect the importance of their relationship as a family. a balance is important. they could have a career but still prioritize the wellbeing of their kids. after all, it's usually the absence of genuine care, attention and affection that leads to unhappiness in a family.

All depends on the love within the family. Works out great for some and not for others. No definite Yes or No to this question.

What?

I think you are asking if parents with careers have unhappy kids.

No way. My mum struggled to have a career and bring up my sister and me - she is my role model - I am very proud of her. And its taught me a lot of life skills - I did the family shopping when I was 12, learnt to cook, to take responsibility. Its all good.
