The Rhine has slowly become the europes most polluted river. Its polluted in many ways. But who is mainly responisble for the rhine and why? is it -

Switserland some ,they are very tight on Environmental cleanliness but they come first
then France ,they are a little more sloppy
Germany follows it is a big couyntry and not all of the people are under control to behave them selves
The Netherlands is last and they have the tighttest rules about contamination ,they have to live with everything that comes down river and are the first to protest
the fines are exstremely high if one contaminates the waters businesses are instantly closed it they are found to contaminate
so they are the least to blame and the most to suffer from the effects
