okay well everyone says crunches crunches crunches... but eh this wont work..
if you only do crunches then honestly... you will get no where
you need to do overall exercise.. it will lower your body fat which will mostly be taken off of your stomach.. crunches help build muscle under your fat but what good are muscles and abs when they are covered up by a belly?
overall exercise... crunches help but they should not be the only thing

I'm in the same situation, so I'll tell you what all my scrony friends tell me...sit ups and crunches. I hate doing them, needless to say I still have a belly...LOL!! Another thing I once heard was that belly dancing helps you lose your belly. Turn on a shakira video and get going. ;)

THis is what i do. I do about five minutes of stretching, five of running in place. About 25 jumping jacks. about 25 lunges and about 25 crunchies. Then run about another five minutes and stretch again. Generally when you gain weight in the mid section it is from not burning carbs and sugars. That helps burn the extra. Plus it is good to do some cardio and stretch cause it warms up you muscles. and you just don't work one set you do all of them which helps even out your body. And highers your metobolism.

Go to the gym. Take and abs and back class. Eat healthy. Exercising like running and stuff will also help. If you want to get fit, I say work out and eat healthy. If you don't want to work and have a lot of money to spare, liposuction.
