1) Swimming suit and lotions
2) Shorts/Capris
3) At least one pair of nice khakis
4) T-shirts
5) A few long-sleeved shirts
6) A sweater
7) A rain jacket
8) Sandals you wouldn't mind getting wet
9) Exercise shoes (you'll want them to go hiking and walking around)
10) A hat
11) Bug repelent
12) Swimsuit coverup
How long are you going?
If you're going on a 7 day trip, bring...
3 pairs of shorts
2 capris
1 jean: why--if you go hiking, you won't want to wear shorts that will expose your legs to bugs
1 slack: why--if you want to go to a nice place to eat, it's a nice way to look "dressy casual" without having to wear shorts.
5 t-shirts
2 nicer shirts
9 pairs of underwear
9 pairs of socks

Not too much as you don't really need much. It's very casual on the islands. Pack two bathing suits, some shorts, shirts, summer (light) dresses, and maybe two nice (but again light) ones to go out to nice dinners. Do not pack long pants, no more than one pair of jeans, nothing heavy. One light sweater for the evenings will do also.
It's warm at all times in Hawaii, and almost no where you go will require you to get dressed up.
Believe me, half of what you pack you won't even wear.

nicely I stay in Hawaii, and that i don't see why you want glamorous issues coming right here, this is meant to be a holiday not a showoff. in case you're coming to Oahu, they have "glamourous" shops on the Waikiki Hilton hotel, like Louis Vuitton, LeSportsac, Chanel, and and so on. different than that although, this is quite often Hawaiian stuff that are actually not too specific. in step with hazard get Hawaiian jewelry or something. merely %. swimsuits, tops, bottoms, in step with hazard a hat, deliver alot of money, footwear, and that's in certainty it i assume. and remember to be sure the penguin teach.

In addition to what's been said above, also bring some CD's & books to entertain yourself so you won't be bored on the plane ride. Congratulations & have a safe trip!
Hey. I've noticed you've been nicer to me lately. Thanks.
