This is probably not the answer you would like, but...

When I started to pull away from Christianity and doubt the whole thing my husband didn't care. And when I finally renounced the whole thing and started heading down the Pagan path, he still didn't care. Actually he admitted that he had only been pretending to be Christian all along because he thought it was important to me.

Hello, God has given us the freedom of choice. But are we making the right choice when we believe in a lie? What if your spouse suddenly saw the truth - knew that he had made a mistake & changed his attitude, choices, and outlook on life? See that's what you've got to pray for that his eyes will be opened to the truth, that a Godly life is the only way to go! We as humans are limited in what we can accomplish...that's why you must pray with all your heart for your spouse to be saved...when you turn it all over to God then what else can you do? It's now between your spouse & God!....Hope he changes

My husband knows I lost my faith long ago, and it doesn't seem to bother him. Besides, I encourage him to go to church and pray. I'll even go to church with him.

As the "spouse" in the same situation but on the other end. I would want my Christian spouse to respect my wishes and views and not to try and "convert" me back over every waking second.

hey i know how you feel my husband does not go to church he doesn't even let me talk about it when i get home
my advice is still to keep praying for him also i know that sometimes don't work. I have been trying very hard to show him how much god means in my life and how much he makes my life better and happier. when he sees this he may just turn around. also don't be a go to church and get home just to start acting like it made no difference if you went or not.

I would continue to pray, but if it didn't work, I would still love them.

Prayer always works, just not always in your timeline, or in the way you think it will.

1 Corinthians 7:12 To the rest I say this (I, not the Lord): If any brother has a wife who is not a believer and she is willing to live with him, he must not divorce her. 13And if a woman has a husband who is not a believer and he is willing to live with her, she must not divorce him. 14For the unbelieving husband has been sanctified through his wife, and the unbelieving wife has been sanctified through her believing husband. Otherwise your children would be unclean, but as it is, they are holy.

15But if the unbeliever leaves, let him do so. A believing man or woman is not bound in such circumstances; God has called us to live in peace. 16How do you know, wife, whether you will save your husband? Or, how do you know, husband, whether you will save your wife?

My husband never had faith to begin with. But the very things he loves about me are due to my faith, so he never interferes with it. I think there is a verse in the Greek Sciptures that says something like "Wives, don't you know that you could save your husbands..." I don't know exately how it goes, but there you are. Couples tend to imitate each other after a long time of being together. I've seen a dramatic improvement in my husband. God Bless.

Help her find her faith again. There has to be a reason behind it.
