wait a minute,,,all an illegal has to do is max out his limits at western union then high-tail back to wherever he or she is from, and nobody could ever trace them,,,for the debt

what is up with this,,, I just closed my account there,,I think everybody should,, this is crazy

just send all your credit abroad and then get the money when you go back ther,,,and the banks and the customers will foot the bill,,,,,adios B O A

Bank Of Amigo is already seeing the backlash,but they can pass any costs they incur onto their legal customers so they simply don't care. This move has nothing to do with fairness or good business practice,it's a completely political manuever. While no one has proven it yet I have seen and heard some speculation that this whole move is being bankrolled by some in business who want illegal immigrants and amnesty, B Of A may lose some money in the short term,but if it helps big business to enable the slave class that they have from illegal immgration,and to get more legal immigration to dilute the work force and hold down wages then it will pay off in the end. And in return rich investors will prop up a stock that should probably tank because of losses that B of A is almost surely going to incur from a move like this.

Why not? The Government gives them food stamps, welfare, and low income housing. While we that were born and raised here have to get out and work and pay taxes to support them. I have been working all my life since I got out of High School at the age of 17 I am now in my 40's and have become disable, but have been told there is no help for me, so go figure.

They are able to do what they want to it is called doing business and unless you want to open your own bank it is none of yours. We have a Bank of America account and we are keeping it and we don't have credit cards nor do we want them.

Yes they do ( there are more BoA questions in this section than any other topic), my family closed our business and personal accounts with them over a month ago.

Did you ever think about all the "Americans" with their eyeballs in debt that declared bankruptcy in the past left B of A with losses too?

Lots of people said they are going to boycott Bank of America but it doesn't matter because they are still going to give us credit cards because they love illegals and they know we will give them a lot of business.
