In South Korea or the U.S. depending on the model. Some parts come from China, but then even the big 3 use parts made in China.

If you're in North America, most Hyundai cars are assembled in South Korea, where the company is headquartered. The 2006-present Sonata and 2007 Santa Fe are built in Alabama (U.S.). If you're in Europe, most cars are from South Korea, with some from Europe. The Chinese-assembled Hyundai cars are sold in China only, just like Chinese-assembled Chevrolet and Ford vehicles.
