1,000 years from I think the world will be all screwed up than it already is. The only time Bush, Blair, and Bin Laden will be remembered is through text books. The water will be so dirty and polluted, it won't be blue anymore. There will be no forests left. Everyone will have to wear a higher SPF sunscreen from the deterioration of the ozone layer. There won't be as many people alive because by then a majority of the population will probably have killed each other off from either violence or war. Do you get the picture?

I think the events of September 11th will be remembered by history. It probably won't be in the minds of most people, but historians will certainly know about the events of today. As to exactly how history will judge individual people like Bush or Bin Laden, only time will tell.

it rather is a propaganda conflict as visualised with the help of George Orwell in his e book 1984. the factor is that government is of no effect if it does no longer have direct administration over people. hence the worst top Minster you are able to have is an interest searching for administration freak, this is what Blair is. because of the fact of this there are such distinctive new regulations and regulations and rules on the grounds that hes been in than on the different time in the historic previous of the human race. And besides the fact that if that sounds some distance fetched, I do desire to declare issues like that so as that everybody is stunned that something so some distance fetched might nicely be so precise while they get to evaluate it good.

Well, yeah. My history books went way back. So, there will, at least, be mention of each of these people. I mean, Tony Blair is important, George W. Bush is the President, and Osama Bin Laden is a Muslim extremist terrorist. So, people won't remember them, but they will learn about them, I'm sure.

Well, if Bush and Blair wouldn't have stepped up and been great leaders then we all might be living in a Muslim run monarchy that would not allow anyone to study anything a thousand yrs from now...especially women.

They'd have to cause a lot more trouble to go down in history deep enough to be remembered for 1000 years. I'll bet people still know about Hitler then.

Can you name any world leaders from 1000 years ago? I know there wasn't too much history being made or recorded then, but you see my point--history books go from Charlemagne to the sixteenth century in the blink of an eye--you barely notice anyone in between in a casual review of history.

The world will most probably not exist in 1,000 years. Considering how small Earth is in the universe and how vulnerable it is to meteorites and other dangers, our planet could be gone tomorrow. There is also the added danger of humans eradicating themselves (with pollution, atom bombs, etc.).
However if the earth does still exist in 1,000 years, it will in all likelihood have far more important issues to deal with than remembering insignificant humans that lived a long time ago.
On the other hand, we still remember people that lived 1,000 and even 2,000 years ago.
So all in all, your guess is as good as mine. =)

Do we remember some of the world's leaders from 1000 years ago and more? Of course. They will be in the history books.

Well, sadly, I think we remember our villains as well as our heroes. I'm not sure if I'm ready to label Blair a villain, but Bush and Bin Laden....oh, definitely.

Possibly bin Laden because it will still be interesting that a skyscraper collapsed and he caused it. No on the other two.
