My best friend just had a daughter and she has not gone for her 6 week visit yet, she thinks she might be pregnant again because she had sex with her fiance and didn't use a condom. She said he used the pull out method. Is it possible that she could be pregnant? If yes, what will happen to her? She has a son and she got pregnant with her daughter 3 months after he was born.. Could she die from having 3 children c-section with in 3 years?

She could certainly be PG. Precum can be enough. The pull-out method isn't very reliable at all.
Odds are lower if she is nursing though, as that delays the return of fertility for most mothers.

She could be pregnant again but the only way she will know is to take a test or go to her 6 week check up appointment. These 6 week checks are important so that the Dr can check that everything has gone back to where it should have and to make sure that you are coping well.
And don't worry, she will not die from having 3 sections in 3 years, it is not recommended that you have that many in that short time, but women do it all the time.
If she isn't pregnant encourage her to start using contraception until she is ready to start trying for another baby.

Yes there is a good chance. I got pregnant like the same day as my 6 week check up. We used that same method. My kids are exactly 11 months apart!
No she isn't going to die from having 3 children in three years. It is just extra hard on the body and on the mother who is trying to care for all of them by herself. My grandmother had a child every year for 5 years in a row.
Maybe you should suggest to your friend to get some birth control...that would be a good thing.
When she goes for her 6wk check up...tell her to have them test for pregnancy as well.

wow! they are some fertile people. yup pull out method is worthless...haha I have heard of women getting pregnant while only heavy petting, guy comes on her leg & she gets pregnant! so yup she can get pregnant. I don't think anything will happen to her other than if you are a good friend you need to help her out a lot with three under 3! wow! I dont think she could die from having 3 c-sections within 3 years buy her poor body! If history repeats itself she got pregnant again...since she got pregnant with her daughter 3 months after he was born.
On a bad note...if her body can't handle all of this then it will naturally abort itself...misscarriage...she needs to go to her doctor YESTERDAY & take a home pregnancy test. Good luck...
Oh & if she was breastfeeding it would have helped, it is a nonreliable way of birthcontrol.

Yes, she could be pregnant...the pull-out method is not a reliable form of birth control. I dont think she is going to DIE from having 3 kids this close together, but it is definitly not reccomended! It can take up to a year or two for your body to completely recover from a pregnancy. She needs to go to her doctor and talk to him about her options....he/she will know a lot more about her risks and options then anyone on Yahoo! answers =) Good luck to her....

She could get pregnant because the pull out method doesn't work. She won't die from having three c sections, she will just be exhausted from having three small children.

The "pullout" or "rhythm" method brings a lot of children into the world!
Your friend could have problems ranging from very slight issues to a prolapsed uterus, irreparable muscular sagging, bladder weakness and infection, weight gain, vericose veins, etc.
She needs to see the doctor immediately.

You are very kind to be such a good friend. Your friend needs to take a pregnancy test ASAP. She could very well be pregnant again. But look at the positive side, she will have them all together and they will grow up very close friends. Your friend is very lucky to have someone like you for her friend!

She could very well be pregnant again...if your gonna play the game, expect it! 3 kids in diapers will be tough, but at least they are close enough in age where sooner or later they'll be able to all play together.
