Like I would be walking and he just sticks his heas out and pulls my hair and trys to eat it. Sometimes I see him or I just fell my hair tugging. Does this mean he is hungry or something else?

Actually he isn't eating your hair he is grooming you it is a sign of acceptance and affection.He knows you enough and has enough affection for you that he will groom you like he grooms himself.Since you don't have feathers like he does he will groom your hair.He's like cleaning it in his mind.
It doesn't mean he's hungry but it does mean he wants your attention and affection:)

He loves you and feels warmed up enough to groom you as if you were himself or his mate. It does not mean he is hungry, and this behavior is perfectly normal my birds do this to me as well, but not all of them do this.

For some reason my chickens like to 'suck' my hair when it's wet. It's not like they haven't got water a few foot away from them!

Grooming nestmates is typical bird behavior....your bird likes you!

They think its like a strand that they can use for a nest. All birds do this its natural
