Are you talking about a picture of a mirror, or something that acts like a mirror, being reflective?
If you were trying for the reflective angle, you could simulate it with a webcam and something that would underlay the video feed as your desktop. Don't forget to flip the image!
I know I used to be able to do it on my old A/V Macintosh, but while there are programs for windows to allow you to play videos and DVDs as your desktop, I couldn't find anything that would let you do live video. That is not to say it doesn't exist... just that a couple minutes of searching didn't turn up anything.

You could use "Blank Screen", with Windows, that just turns the screen black, then all you will see is your reflection in the glass.
Or you could get a webcam, most of them come with software that has a "mirror mode"
