i have sretch marks all the way down my biceps from weight lifting. will i ever be able to gain substantial muscle from lifting weights without ever getting stretch marks?

Stretch marks are usually caused by sudden rapid gains in size or growth.

Maybe you need to slow it down a touch with the training.

I agree with Gilligan. Your skin is usually very able to adjust to slow changes in growth. If you are getting stretch marks, I would put money on you are also using steroids or HGH for rapid growth. Stretch marks are usually a telling sign on lifters that are roiding. Slow it down and you shouldn't have that problem, your skin will keep up if you gain muscle through sane training. Extended misuse will have an effect on your health in the future, so make sure that you understand what you are doing. Just ask Lyle Alzado, oops, you can't, he's dead!

The more muscel you gain the more stretch marks you'll have , i have the same problam, they dont go away,

Why don't you try BioOil? You can get it at Boots and it's wonderful for stretch marks.
