Yes, seeing as they have all the nutrition of an egg without the added fat that you get in fried or scrambled eggs. There is also evidence to suggest that the cholesterol in eggs, which always scared people off in the past, is not harmful as long as you stick to 1 egg per day.

I personally think that perhaps the ultimate way of eating an egg is Greek-style - fried for 60 seconds in smoking hot extra virgin olive oil, with a light scattering of sea salt and freshly ground black pepper. But a boiled egg is even healthier. Enjoy.

yes it is, It was once said they are bad for you but now we dietican recommend pleople eating at least 4 - 6 eggs a week as it has lots of vitamins

the white parts of the egg has no calorie what so ever and the yellow part which is egg yolk has only 95 calorie and are high in protiens.

hard boiled eggs are way better than fried ones.

Yes, but you shouldn't eat more than 4 of the yolks in a week.
You can eat as much of the egg white as you want though!

Eggs are a good source of iron and it's better if they are boiled as you might get salmonella otherwise.

Yes. The yolks contain a lot of cholesterol, but there a lot of valuable proteins in eggs.

The egg white are the best (Low in fat, low in calories and high in protein ) the yolk as a little too much cholesterol but nothing to worry about.
