I am learning to make cocktails, and I am looking for these kinds of ingredients:
Angostura Bitters, Grenadine, Orgeat, Worchestershire Sauce, Rose Hip or Fraise Syrup, Black Currant Cordial, Lemon/Orange Peels...

Where can I find them? Is there a specialty store or do I just go to the local liquor store?

Liquor stores usually carry all of those ingredients, especially the larger ones.

If you have access to get to NYC, you can go to:
The Pegu Club
77 West Houston Street
(between West Broadway & Wooster St)
(212) 473-7348

They have a lot of different liquors, but I'm not sure they'll carry Angostura. I think that's impossible to get anywhere in NY. I'm not quite sure about places to go in New Jersey, but I would try finding some of more exotic mixers (without alcohol in them) at Whole Foods or an organic store. Sometimes the fancier/upscale stores will also have a seperate liquor department where you can find these things.
Good luck!
