Could be excess waste in your bowels not being digested. Do you poop regularly? If not take some fiber or detox pills. Could also be excess water beneath the skin. I bought a diet pill on ebay called The 72 Hour Diet Pill and it detoxifies your body and helped me lose 8 lbs in 72 hours especially those tummy pounds. It costs $9.99.
Or try to eat high fiber foods and drink lots of water to flush your system. Some foods are whole wheat bread, beans, lentils, most all vegetables, All bran cereal, to name a few.
Also try to drink 1/2 ounce of water for every pound of bodyweight. I weigh 180 lbs and try to drink 90 ounces of water per day. Hard at first but easy with practice.
The worse diet product I have ever taken is Zylorin. What a rip off. Stay away from that product. It won't help you lose a single pound.

Hi there,
Bloating can happen for many reasons, maybe a food allergy or maybe like another person already said, an infection.
You need to go to your doctor and see what the problem is, I have Irritable Bowel Syndrome and I get bloated by some of the food I eat, so I would get it checked out.

Sounds like you have a gas buildup. As long as it doens't hurt, it should go away once you expel the gas. Bloating can be normal, just watch that it isn't a parasite in your intestine. Go to the doctor if it doesn't go away soon! Also, when was your last BM, it could be from constipation!

See your doctor. Both my daughter and I had periods after we became pregnant so don't count on that. She had negative pregnancy tests for the first few months too...we still don't know why. Also might be constipation. Best bet is to ask your doctor.

You should go to the doctor hun. You could have a type of infection in your bowels. Wouldn't you rather be safe than sorry?

go to the doctor, you could be constipated or possibly have a gastrointestinal parasite (aka worms) which is actually very common but most people dont know they have them
