This is an awful question...You should be more concerned about what the bachelors potential bride considers as too much. This is a party for the bachelor to say goodbye to their single lives, not mess up their future wedding.

Bachelor parties are private functions. I doubt if there are any laws specifically applying to them. If they take place in a public place, however, then they are subject to the regular laws of the state. Here is an interesting article on stipclubs in Oregon, generally:

Why would what state you live in have anything to do with what's allowed? What's allowed is whatever the groom allows to happen. Nothing unwanted happens? If you're talking about sexual gratification, then you'll have to pay extra.

Think about what you're asking, it sounds silly. You're the one who calls the shots, you hire her, she does want you pay her for. No laws involved.

behind closed doors is behind closed doors,, it is up to the stripper but if you are looking to get something more than just a lap dance you better be careful there have been arrests and rape charges from strippers who have been taken advantage of by drunk persons

When you book the strippers ask them what they will consent to do or not do. Even if what they consent to is illegal (e.g. sleep with the guy getting married) they may be willing to do so.
