Nice idea but there are too many good people in Iraq. They aren't harming anyone and I wouldn't want to see them harmed. Now if we could come up with a bio device that will seek out only the radical Muslims then I'd be all for it but that is impossible so we have to do it the way we've been doing it, a few at a time.

If we get out of Iraq, 9 out 10 signs show that the Muslim extremists will attack us again. I'm not against Muslims; just the extremists. If you want to get nuked, then we can pull out soon. But if not, then just shut up. I mean, they may or may not have weapons of mass destruction I don't know and neither do you. If they do, they will most likely use them on us. Not a very comforting thought. Just sayin'.

Everyone thinks we should leave Iraq. Everyone. There are just some who would rather leave Iraq in a state of turmoil and let it develop into a police state, much like Somalia when we left too soon.

On the flip side of the coin, there are people who think we should stabilize Iraq and continue to help in the establishment of their new government. You can't go from dictatorship to democracy overnight. Russia tried that, and look how well it worked out for them.

Oh no! We are far more tactful and strategic than that. We are just assassinating those who won't go along for the ride and bribing the rest.

This war we are seeing isn't the REAL WAR that is being fought via telephone and in dark alley ways. This is going to take a l-o-n-g time. It has to be that way, 'cause if we just dropped bombs, we couldn't lie about our intentions, now could we?

Additional thought: 50 years from now, our children will hear about the "real" war while watching the History channel or the like. But we aren't ever going to know the truth until those in office today are either dead or their political careers are no longer in danger of the fallout.

Sure. That would solve the problem.

Kill a few million Iraqis. Set the Iraq oil field on fire so that nobody gets the oil. But it would definitely solve the problem.

Kind of like throwing the cat in the incinerator to kill the fleas.

And kill the innocent? Brace yourself for your answers they won't be nice! Although I do not think nuking them is the answer; I do believe that the media needs to withdraw from our troops & stay at one location & report on that facts only - then & only then will our military be allowed to do their job. Also we may finally get the real truth about the war, not bias information.

Well I guess it all depends on who you want to live through that because if we do anything to get those Brits pointing at us again and you know they will other than that I say go for it.
