I was seeing this girl for about a month. All of a sudden she kind of backed away. Her friends say because she's scared because she really likes me doesn't know how to handle it right now. I don't really want to chase her but I really like her and want to assure her that I care about her. She doesn't return my texts, hardly ever calls me, never asks to hang out anymore and it's hurting my feelings. Is it wrong for me to avoid her IF she happens to contact me? I'm trying to be more unavailable like she has been. Is that immature of me?

If she really liked you, regardles of weather or not she was scared, she would've returned your calls and texts.
Don't make a fool out of yourself by chasing her. Let her come to you. When she does, (we know she will 'cause you're great!) Don't seem so eager or available. Play a little hard to get! Women hate that sooo much, they love it.

no, usually when a woman is doing that the number one reason is that they do not want to be with you. If her friends are helping keep this she does not know how to handle you thing up then they are just trying to keep from hurting your feelings. Or, she could want you to chase her, in that case she will respond some too you. Good luck, we are very complicated beings.

She more than likely is seeing some else but, you owe it to yourself to find out the truth. Don't listen to her friends they will cover for here if there is someone else. If there is some else. Cut here lose. Let here call you and tell here how you feel about here than go form there. Take here out maybe and tell her how you feel or maybe cook dinner for her and tell her. She needs to be alone with you so you can resolve this issue. You we need her 100% attention. If she doesn't know how to handle it then wait it out I guess.

If you really like her I would not do that. However, I would not go out of your way and make an effort to be with her. Maybe in the meantime you will find someone who wants to spend time with you.....dont put your life on hold for her.

yes it is, you shouldnt play her game especially if you heard that she doesnt really know how to handle the situation....When she contacts you, you respond because she is slowly but surely trying to come around to you but if you play the game that she is playing with you then she will think that you are trying to avoid her as well and you do not want this, do you?

Tell her you like her you don't understand the way she is acting and you arent interested in playing games. You know where to find me. Leave it at that. Its honest and fair and if she can't return the favor there are many who will.

well not immature i guess but keep in touch w/ her and ask her or your friends to say something to her or write her a really pretty and decorated note.
