Are you sure you're not provoking them?
Just because something doesn't annoy or provoke you, doesn't mean it won't annoy others.
For me, I find willful ignorance provokes me. I'm mean to people who make stupid comments and try to pretend it's a fact. Or who ask questions based on ideas that were refuted by grade three science. I also find people who use "text messenger" english provoke me. I find that rude and disresepctful to the reader and it sets me off.
These things may not bother you, but they bother me. Likewise I may offend or provoke you by my blunt tactlessness and the fact that I'm very quick to state opinions that may not be mainstream.
Pretty much no matter what you say you're going to piss someone off...especially in this section. Either get a thicker skin, or find somewhere more friendly to spend your online time

A key element to treating people well is having the requisite set of virtues which can lead to both cooperation and respect. Failure to possess those virtues leaves people prey to their own wants and desires. The actions follow.

are you going to cry or something?
for future reference, provoke is with a 'k' not 'c'. seems unlikely a typo.
