Ok well... I didn't start thinking that my hamsters were maybe a boy and a girl instead of just 2 girls intell i started noticing that when i would put one in the cage and the other would attac it (litterly). So anyway just like 30 min. ago i took them both out cuz i had 2 clean the cage and well i looked and i found out that skittles waz a guy and snickers waz a girl and lately every time i look in the cage i find snickers hogin' all the food and she is like rely solw and not energetic and all she dose is go under her pillow thing and sleep. I'v had them 4 like 3 weeks. So can some1 help me?

When a hamter is expecting babies, she will become much more active. Also, you will notice her "nesting." When hamsters nest, they often pile up thier bedding in one area of the cage and hide food under it. After a week your hamsters nipples will poke out and show, also she will be very heavy and drink a lot of water.

You will notice if she is pregnant that she will start to make a nest out of the stuff in her cage thats called nesting, then she will start to hord food there like its winter, and she will get really mean with the other hamstser that you will have to take him out and put him in another cage, she will eat alot of food and water and nest alot. By the way if you don't want it to happen again keep them seperated.

I had hamsters 2! they had 12 babies, 2 litters. well, they hamster starts getting food into where she sleeps and hides it. then u start noticing her body shaping like a heart, well thats how my hamsters body formed the day before she gave birth. are ur hamsters both grls? becuz if they are, they shoudn't be pregnant. they're just following their instincts on hiding food for winer or spring like animals do in the wild.

You wait until it haves baby hampsters and then u will no.
Or u can just read a book and find out for your self and not be a lazy. if u had 2 gurls they would be fighting all the time but if u had a boy or a gurl they wont fight i have sum so i no. i hope i helped u out.

Hamsters can have babies every 21 days. so you will know very shortly. as well if one does have babies you have to remove the male or he will kill all the babies, and they are so funny naked tiny little things, make sure you have a lot of material in their cage so she can build a nest, they love shredded paper.

read up about it. and if you have doubts go to the vet. baby hamsters are soo cute!! but if she is make sure you keep them in a separate cage!

you should post this question in PETS, but if snickers is pregnant you will have little ones in three weeks and the male will likely eat them

She will stay in the corner all day and will look bigger. Also the nipples will be more visable. (ew but true).
