Im 21 and weigh 127 pounds, I would like to weigh at least 140 pounds, how can I make this happen without all the junk food?

girl.. you should consume more protein!! the best is from soy bean but not meat... protein can help in gaining muscle mass.. so after your meal, just take a protein drink..

ps: you should take in good protein powder with milk but not those protein or energy drink because they contain every high amt of purin (one type of protein) which is not good for health..

try eating alot of peanut butter if you like it or are not allergic to it- everytime i eat peanut butter and jelly sands for a week or so for lucnh i always end up gaining even though if my case i dont want too!
fast food will do it too if you eat a lot but i know you said no junk food so try the peanut butter sands if you can -good luck
