Emotional feelings?

Ever watch a really moving movie, where ur emotions are really 'deep' after its over? Do you ever feel like that even if you hadn't seen an emotional movie?

Yes, I often get very emotional. I've been through alot of trauma in the not to distant past and also as a child. I have PTSD and depression and alot triggers me and i get very emotional and upset.

heck im so emotional i cant even watch the darn news -too too sad!

yeah all the time
when i see other mom's with their kids i get so emotional
becuz my own mom is dead
