I recently painted my automatic garage door but with the wrong color. I did not want to paint it too soon because the paint might not stick to the garage door properly? How long should I wait before I could paint it over again?

I would paint it as soon as the other paint feels dry to keep the door from getting too dirty and having to clean it before you paint again also if you do have to clean it remember not to use anything containing ammonia.

The can from the paint you used should have a "complete" drying time. Anything longer than that should be fine. I say "complete" drying time because some paints have a deadline amount of time for doing a second coat which would not be the same as complete.
