I weigh 97.4 ibs. and I want to get to atleast 90 pounds....no starvation or going to the gym something I can do at home without a video or pilates or yoga something that is fun to do and something that I will want to do!!

Exercise everyday like jogging around the block
Skip meals. Eat 2 times per day than 3 times per day
Dont eat until you're full
Eat fruits at night if your hungry.
Drinks lots of water and stop all the fast food and chocolate.

How tall are you? 90 lbs sounds really underweight. You've got to do something active to lose weight. Try walking or jogging. I lost 10 pounds in a month once just by (lots of)walking.

Well, cutting off your left arm would not be fun to do, but your weight would drop quickly. lol Why do you want to get down to 90 pounds? How tall are you? And why are you more focused on weight than on your health. You should aim for a level of health, not a number.

Everyone's right: unless you are a dwarf, you're already very skinny. You don't need to lose weight - 90lbs is far too light for most women to maintain their health.

The golden rule of a healthy weight is a sensible, balanced diet, and properly chosen exercise three times a week. At the moment, it sounds like you're eating too little, rather than too much. Please try to stay healthy. It's the best way to look good.

Cut the tines off of your fork...97.4 lbs? You don't need/ can't stand to loose any more weight. Not unless you are 3' 7 " tall.

I have taken poops that weigh more than you. This is my answer. Eat Taco Bell, you will eat one pound but you will poop 5 pounds. Each meal you will lose 4 pounds.

cut off your arm. or your head. Obviously your brain isn't working so maybe you can drill a hole and let your brains dribble out. You weigh 98 lbs and that isn't light enough? OK Karen Carpenter

eat less and more healthy. walk, jog, or run more. also the best way to burn carbs is Dance Dance Revolution. i burned 300 in 40 Minutes.
