So how bored were you that you had to make up this story? Or did you just read it somewhere else and just accept it as fact because it was a story about the "poor illegal" who was abused by the mean American justice system. It's false, even if she was deported she would be able to take her child with her, unless she was an unfit mother in which case she shouldn't have the child. This story you posted is either a farce or there is more too it. But hey my email is posted,if you have an article to prove it send it,as long as it's from a real paper with references, not som La Raza(La Racist) bulletin.

First, DAR is right, she does have the right to take the daughter with her, but if he gets full custody in court first, then she'll have some problems. Second, by doing "her job" as a mother and not making sure there was enough income in the house to show the government, she basically screwed herself. She cannot blame the man for what she failed to do. She had the opportunity to get a job or find a co-sponsor. She was in court when the judge told them to get more income, she was there when he decided not to work. At that point, it was on her. If she thought she would have a baby and stay home and everything would be taken care of for her, well, I'm sorry but she learned the "take resposibilty for your own life" lesson the hard way.

The young woman either entered the country illegally or had overstayed her legal time here. She did not find out and follow the law so she got deported, Ignorance of the law is no excuse. She was the one who should have been checking up on the law. Sorry for the little girl who grows up without a momma but the woman dropped the ball!

The judge can only order the mother to depart if the mother is in violation of immigration laws.
What anyone else does is irrelevant.
And if the man is an American citizen, then the immigration judge had absolutely no authority to order him to do anything.

The woman either entered the country illegally or violated immigration laws, in which case the judge can order for her to be deported. His actions do not reflect on her. She is allowed to take her daughter with her.

She made her choice long ago when she chose to be a criminal and sneak illegally into somewhere she is not allowed or wanted. Send her home and throw that anchor in the river.

Nice story, I don't believe a single word of it. Totally fabricated is what I would call it. Either way, ALL ILLEGALS need to be DEPORTED now and their anchor babies with them.

The girl has to stay with the father due to the fact that she is a U.S. citizen at birth. However, if he refuses to take care of her like he did before, she could easily be placed in a foster home. I don't see any problems there.

There are lousy husbands all over the world. She should have gone back to work when she realized he wouldn't. It takes 2 to screw things up. She is an adult, she should have taken matters into her own hands & gone back to work.

Actually if she can prove abuse she can file under a domestic violence law that was made to prevent these types of situations. Tell her to go to an attorney asap and she can take the child with her and no one can stop her even if the child is a US citizen.
