Besides calorie intake. I can look that up on the product labels.

Great question - I like them both.

Here's how I make them:

For Peanut Butter I use no sodium no sugar added natural (brand example: Laura Scudders) the kind you need to stir and keep in the fridge. I add 2 TBPs to a whole wheat wrap, and add sliced bananas.

For turkey, I also prefer the wrap (high fiber, low calories), but you have to be careful to get the low sodium turkey. Some of those lunchmeats are loaded with salts and nitrates. The great thing about a turkey sandwhich is you can add tomatoes, avocados, sprouts, green lettuce, etc. Also, substitute mustard for mayo, or go light on the mayo.

By the way, the fat in peanut butter is the "good" kind of fat.

I'd eat them both. The PB and banana wrap makes a great pre/ post workout snack and the turkey sandwhich tends to be more filling.

Heck there both great. Try them together.

Seriously, peanuts are similar in taste to Sesame, which makes a great meat or egg sauce. One of the things I like about peanut butter is finding new tastes.

I find that, almost without exception, what ever tastes good with Mayonnaise, tastes good with Peanut Butter.

Oh yea, I would vote for Peanut Butter but, from a health standpoint it maybe up to the particular process or supplier.

Well, it depends on what type of bread you use for your sandwich. If you use white it'll likely have very little fiber. If you have a turkey sandwich on whole wheat you're doing well. On the other hand, peanut butter is also healthy for you. It's apples to apples, really.

PS. Peanut butter DOES have more fat, but it's not the "bad" kind.

turkey is healthier but it has less protein than peanut butter which has lots of protein and also high in saturated fat. U can always get low fat peanut butter but not sure if thats any healthier than a turkey sandwich ... as long as no mayo is added or very little cheese is added , and whole grain bread. if not may as well get a peanutbutter sandwich .

Turkey- peanut butter has more saturated fat. Turkey is generally better for you and personally I think better tasting as well.

They both have protein but the turkey sandwich is probably the best choice. Not cuz of the calories but cuz of the portein.
