I am 6 foot 1 and I weigh 152 is that good or what do I need to do I can run 5 miles in 30 thats about 6 mins a mile is that good or not? Ive been doing some Monkey ******* and smurf jacks, Flutter kick, Hello Dolley, leg raise, over head clappers sun gods and lunge walks and obviously crunches and pushups i dont have anywhere to do pull ups because i live in apts so i cant put a bar on my door way so can some give me the run down on all excerises and how long i should be doing each one and how often and what my target weight should be at for when i go in..............please i need help

3 miles in 30 minutes, that is good. Yes you are too skinny, but thats OK, they will fatten you up. They will take food from the fat bodies and give it to you. I bet you gain about 20 pounds. It sounds like you will be fine.
