I am 6 foot 1 and I weigh 152 is that good or what do I need to do I can run 5 miles in 30 thats about 6 mins a mile is that good or not? Ive been doing some Monkey ******* and smurf jacks, Flutter kick, Hello Dolley, leg raise, over head clappers sun gods and lunge walks and obviously crunches and pushups i dont have anywhere to do pull ups because i live in apts so i cant put a bar on my door way so can some give me the run down on all excerises and how long i should be doing each one and how often and what my target weight should be at for when i go in..............please i need help
