i have been feeling very thirsty and hungry lately and have been going to the toilet more, but i havent been gaining weight. I often feel a bit dizzy. can anyone give me any advice?

Go to the doctor and get tested for diabetes. sometimes being thirsty, weeing a lot and going dizzy can be signs of unstable blood sugar.

Getting very thirsty very often is one sign of diabetes. However, it definetly could be something else. Just go to your doctor and ask.

It sounds to me as if you might have Diabetes, the dizziness your feeling is probably down to either high/low blood sugar levels.
You really need to go and see your Doctor as it is very dangerous if you neglect it.

Go to the Doctors and ask to be tested for diabetes. The symptoms you descibe can often be due to diabetes.

Diabetes possibly. I know one of the first warning signs to look for is going to the bathroom more frequently.

You can have a test for diabetes at the doctors or your local pharmacy. Don`t delay as it can be quite serious.

you can go to a chemist now and get tested for diabetes,maybe your pregnant or low in some vitamins.get some multi vitamins and if your really worried go see your gp.x
