Go For It!! A 3 year age difference is perfect!! Older guys are sexier but don't go giving him the key to the candy store until you hold out as long as you can, like a few years.
Remember that guys don't want a girl that's easy. And they love to hunt. All you do is be as cute as you can possibly be and smile a lot. HOT DOG!! Move over and let me handle this for you!!

I just saw a story on ESPN about a guy who was 17 and went to jail for about 15 years because he received willing oral sex from a girl who was 15. The girl and her mother tried to stand in his defense but according to state law he couldn't be helped. That guy was a honor student and premier athlete with scholarships and his life is ruined. So I don't think it is worth it at least for the guy. I'm sorry but I think you would be better off finding someone your own age. That way if things work out and progress, you can be with him without the worry of legalities.

You should stay away from a boy this much older for 2 reasons.
1. If you really like this boy, take into consideration that the rumors that could come from this relationship could potentially ruin his life and future. (you don't even have to have sex- just the implications and suspicions can cause all kinds of trouble)
2. Boy that age usually think they are ready for things in a relationship that can have the potential of ruining your future.

well I'm a sucker for older guys too...but if you're only 14, then he's too old for you right now. 15 and just-turned 16 yr. olds would be OK for now. but 17 is a different story. Guys and girls age different, and there are certain things that a 14 yr old hasn't met yet. (no, I'm not talk in sexual either) emotional maturity though. I'm not saying you aren't mature, but take my word on it. I've been down this road plenty of times! when you get in your late 15's- early 16's, it'll be OK for you to go out w/ a 17 yr. old. but for now, just enjoy being young! trust me, cuz you'll miss it later!!!

Ask him out. Get to know him better. But you would want to be careful if you were to get into a relationship with this boy. Once he hits eighteen and graduates, things might be tough to keep up.

I hear yah, but you ahve to stay away, because he will be 18 and you are 15, and you can't be together. Its normal to be attracted to older guys, but at this point in your life there are laws, that can get him in trouble, so its best to stay away. You will be fine.

Wow! This is drama at its best! Does he know you exist? Time is on his side and unfortunately not yours. Yet, if you are able to approach him and he sees the "dream-boat" gleam in your eyes, he may ask you out.
