It is normal for them and she is probably just a little overwhelmed with the move, but not drinking water can be serious. I would call a vet and notify them of the situation and let them know that you may be bringing your pup in. If your pup still hasn't drank within antoher 12 to 24 hours or so, I would bring her in to the vet asap

After buying a puppy, it should be seen by your vet within 48 hours, no longer than 72 hours after you get it!
She could very well just be down. She was taken from her mom and littermates and doesn't understand where everyone is or why she is in a strange place with nothing that smells like her mom or littermates. I would however get her into the vet.

She's probably missing her mum and siblings, keep her occupied and eventually she'll eat when she's hungry. If the food is too hard on her teeth she may not eat it. Are you feeding her any snacks and treats during the day because she might prefer them and not want her orignal food.

put a little food on your finger or some water and let her lick it off ; sometimes you just have to get her started ; she is like a baby eats, poops and sleeps ; hard to be ripped away from Mom and siblings; try a little peanut butter , very little on your finger just to peak her interest in food and water ; put low bowls out so she is not intimidated

first of all she is only 10 weeks and sleeping is NORMAL. she probably just realized she is never gonna see her family again. my dog did the same thing. imagine being1 year old aqnd being seperated from your family. if it continues for a week you should see your vet IMMEDIATELY but i think she will be fine.

she is probably a little scared
if she continues go to the pet store and buy a small suringe and give her water or pedia light so she does not get dehydrated - I breed small dogs and that usally works for me
