It just depends on the 20 y/o persons maturity level. Personally I wouldn't date anyone under 25 because they still have so much to learn. But I do know lots of people with that age difference or more and they are just fine!

Sure it is - I'm 40 and dated a 31 yr old for a while (he lived too far away - age had nothing to do with the breakup)

Absolutely..I first dated my boyfriend when I was 18 and he was 27 and after 4 years, we're still strong.
