AA or RAC route planner on line..they give you a map and writen directions for you to print off. You dont need to register or anything.

AA or the RAC
Google map is also helpful if you want to plan the journey yourself of want to locate places like pubs or shops

Try Google Map - http://maps.google.co.uk/ . Put in tour destination and then click on the green arrow and input your current poition and you will see directions.

In the UK, AA or RAC I've used both going to France. But take an Atlas as back-up.

The directions on here are excellent and you can print a map.

www.rac.co.uk router planner , its easy peasy. no signing in and its free. gives u step by step directions and ur able to print them out. simple directions , if i can follow them anyone can. happy travelling.

go to msn maps and directions.
it gives you a point to point direction to and from the location you're going.
